My youth dream was to buy my first flat as soon as possible with pocket money put aside month by month. This vision became a reality when I was able to buy my first property on my own at 24 through a lot of patience, careful planning and hard work.

Looking to expand my horizon, life took me abroad to live in London, where I found great property mentors and learned to approach the industry from a different angle (through the eyes of value investments).

Having managed several renovations by turning run down properties into a marketable assets –  and being a tenant, a landlord and a buyer myself, I understand how much stress and uncertainty are woven into property decisions and these transactions are defining part of our lives.
